Yes! I'm in it to feel better. Either eating out or eating ramen for every meal in the past 3 months has left me feeling a bit sluggish.

I try really hard to stick to 2000-2500 calories a day. Some days I'm considerably lower than that, which allows me to have "cheat days" when I can pig out on barbeque and whatnot for dinner. On those days, I also try to go for an epic ride of some sort to keep it all balanced out.

I'm eating cheese grits and fried eggs for breakfast, with grapefruit juice and coffee.

Today I tried checking out news in slow Spanish cuz I'm only working with white people these days and don't wanna lose my Espanol skills.

But the damn thing is done by Euro-types. That lisp makes me wanna kill.

I know the feeling. Not using Spanish every day, I'm starting to lose a little of it. I used to work with a dude from Madrid and the Mexicans/South Americans could hardly understand him. It was kinda funny.

I don't feel like going to work today. I like my job, but I kinda just wanna stay in bed with my wife and cats and watch tv. Oh well.

Bikes: A growing pile of them.

I'm trying to lay off junk food and get my caffeine intake down to some reasonable level, eat pretty well otherwise, need to put on a few pounds. Finally getting to start working out/riding/practicing martial arts/playing guitar again after being all messed up from a work injury. My biggest thing about eating is that I won't eat it if I can't pronounce whatever chemical process it is that makes up one of the ingredients in the food (I never knew there was a 14 syllable word with three x's and a string of numbers behind it in corn...). Congrats and keep it up to all the weight losers. To the guy who went down to volunteer at the local bike co-op, that's exactly what they're there for. Learn how to fix something new every time you go there until you find yourself teaching someone else something. It's great! I've been doing it most of the last four years. Used to have our local version of that at my house, got hard to filter crazies out though. Had to go.

OUCH.

Damn, got de-capped. Maybe more non-capped gibberish will leave it capped.

Today I rode halfway to work on a slammed seatpost, I adjusted it and didn't properly torque and my knees feel like craps

Today I had a grilled cheese sandwich (monterey jack, cheddar, and asiago) and a cup of coffee for breakfast. My stomach is confused.

I was about to sign up for the $8 a quarter locker @ school but decided to blow about $100 for a PE credit w/ free locker instead.
