I thought that she would appreciate that I was presenting a zero-cost option, considering how much I love spending money... man did I **** that one up.
Usually anything "itis" is inflammation, which generally means an "achy" or "throbbing" type of pain. Based on your post, I'm assuming your young and active. Rest up (I know, hard) and lots of ice with some ibuprofen for a day or two. If that doesn't help, go to a doc.
PS - confirmed with PA wife.

I make notes in my phone when were out shopping so i remember that thing she wanted but didnt need at the time
also, they dont want to hear about you saving money unless its on something they have no interest in(i.e. n+1 bikes)

Today the sqrl brought home a microsoft surface RT that's on trial loan from microsoft to the company she works for.
The surface actually well exceeded my expectations and that's even with the lacking ARM processor powered one. The touch type cover including the "touchpad" is amazingly responsive and it's unbelievably solid for what I first thought was another gimicky tablet although I prefer the type cover better for the tactile feedback, I can't believe neither of the covers are actually thrown in free of charge w/ the device. If all goes well, phase two of the trial would bring a i5 powered pro version within my grasps in 2013.

Today I am blown away by these Panasonic lug details.

That Panasonic is gorgeous... but this is what I expect from upper level Japanese builders who will forever remain nameless to most of us.
Today I reached a point where I though that I deserved a cold one as the shop is coming together very nicely and tomorrow I will be ready to help my friend build a custom extrabike... and will have the room to do that.

Nice setup!
More amazing olde Japanese craftsmanship. I'm so in love with this fork.

I just scored a new front wheel (Campy Veloce hand-laced to Mavic Open Sport) and a Cane Creek 40 headset for a total of $70. Nice. I may be grabbing a Gary Fisher Rig soon, too. A buddy is selling one with the eccentric BB and headset for $125. Good times.
Today is Zwanze day. Later, I will be tasting all of the rare beers.

Today is our annual Trumpet-Trombone football game. So stoked for that today. And then huge party afterwords to celebrate a friends 21st. Best saturday in a while.
Today I have to take my car to the shop (oil change and check engine light diagnostic) and hope against all hope that it's not an expensive fix. My dog got hurt over Thanksgiving and has cost me $700 in the past week. I'm broke as a joke. I have no money for Christmas presents. My roommate is pissed because I can't refi my house (appraised too low - not underwater, but not high enough for a no closing costs refi) and I have to sell.
BUT tonight is a very good friend's "Chicagonniversary, Fried Foods, and Power Ballad Dance Party" and I am going with the new guyfriend and it should be lots of fun. Gonna drink and eat fried foods until I forget about my troubles.
Trying to decide what to bring to fry. Oreos? Pickles? Both?

It is shaping up nicely... my friend came by after not being here for some time and said he had "man cave envy".
With the new brazing set up I can now say I have a full service shop that can do pretty much anything and will save me a great deal of travel time as the main shop is 30 miles out and in our winters travel is not always advisable.
I can just about always handle the 32 steps to get to work...

Today I accidentally killed a cricket because it was sitting on the burner when I turned on the stove.

I got some 20 frames if you're looking for one... One has a brake bridge for a caliper brake brazed in already, comes with a fork; the other has canti studs brazed on, no fork.
Today I built up a Trek District. Disappointment. Went from tensioners at the dropouts to eccentric bb, still rocking the older non-centertrack Gates belt system, and switch from carbon fork to aluminum. This is the 12 version, but it looks like they are carrying it over to 13. 11 version was still the older model with carbon fork, better tensioning system...

Oh yeah, hosts already have a box of those. They also have chocolate covered Oreos so I'm going with pickles.
Killing a couple hours at the Starbucks next to the mechanic while they do $550 worth of work on my car. Woo credit card debt. Had suggested $1k worth of work but I just went with the mission critical stuff. (Broken thermometer and leaky transmission.) sigh.
