Scrod,
How should I respond kids who make fun of my shaved legs tomorrow at school? (I'm shaving them tonight)

Considering you already asked a few pages back how to handle being bullied, I'd say you're screwed.

I really liked it at first glance but the fact that Superb won't disclose where it's made - or even what the frame is made of - irks me more than a little. That it's drilled for a rear brake irks me even further.
Also, the dude from Superb did a pretty good job of making an ass of himself here on the forum when asked about it. Oh well.

There have been a few where it's been discussed but this one is the most entertaining. It starts to get good at post #35 when Superb dude comes in and "bla bla blas" everyone to death.
For the record, I pretty much sum it all up in post #54.

I agree. I had even said (in another thread, before the ****storm happened) that I wanted to buy one.

Just own up to it damn it. I really don't even care if they cloned it, I think its a good idea actually. Remake a $1.5k vintage track frame so its more accessible to the general public? fantastic! Deny that that's exactly what you're doing when you have no ground to stand on? No longer interested....

They even started making it in a color pretty close to metallic glacier blue, for ****'s sake:

I say homebrew tells them that he did it with a straight razor, and if they still make fun of them, he should offer to shave their throats. haha. With only a hint sarcasm. Just a hint.

It's a pretty spot on cdale track clone... Unless you ask them what it is?

Pretty much.
Now I'm thinking of finding out whether Pelizzoli can make a Leggenda road frame. I miss my Cannondales, but I want one with 130mm spacing and cable guides/stops. If not, I still want a Leggenda track frame.

Well when I was in high school I swam pretty competitively, and I shaved it all for district championships. Chicks were entertained/curious about my shaved legs, so I let them touch it. And if anyone is going to make fun of you because of it, they're probably tools anyway (who won't amount to anything in life) so you shouldn't care.

One recommendation for shaved legs: silky pants. Contemplating shaving now just for the silky pants.
