Later today I will be drinking all of the beers. Everything will be fine, my relationship is amazing, eventually someone will buy the house, bikes are still awesome, etc. Just got my hopes up about a new apartment and better neighborhood and a more sustainable budget and whatnot...
I understand. It's just the game of life.
The house will be sold before you know it and things will fall into place one way or another.

Did you at least get a deposit out of it?

It was 66. What are you complaining about? I got to ride in a armless Jersey in November.

Today I got pulled over on the way to work because I blew through a stop sign. Totally thought I was gonna get a ticket and be late for work, but got off easy. *whew* Not doing that in Glendale anymore.

Yesterday, if that's what you're referring to, was pretty warm except for the rain so ya got me. I've been too tired to ride after work lately so the weather is moot anyways

Nope, they pulled out during the attorney review/inspection period so they get their earnest money back.

But feeling better about everything now, I can wait and maybe I'll get a better offer next time.

Boss gave me a two dollar raise without asking because "a mans gotta eat", not gonna complain. Gonna go back to AZ Friday and ride my first road bike in years with fancy shifter shifting.

Second one this year, got a three dollar one back in January. It's a small independent shop and the owner used to be a tech so he understands a paid worker is a productive one.

They must do something in them if the carpets need cleaning.

Today I think I dodged a scam. Looking for a new place to live around here is like walking through a minefield.

PM me your address. I have a housewarming gift. Or I can wait until the shop opens and mail it there?

Haha you've been missing out all these years man!

This Sunday is the SD velodrome swap meet if you want to experience one of the cool cycling things here. Last one of 13'.
