That's the only way to rock a commuter. El Niņo, yo. Also a dynamo hub... the best.

$373 at Alex's. Still yikes.
NITTO B123CB Carbon Handlebar

Off the Beaten Path posted yesterday (1/24) that it is Nitto's first carbon bar but I'm not sure. I've seen the Nitto Mod 90 SSB carbon road bar out there for a while, at least a couple of months. It is listed as "New" at the Nitto website.

I think the coldest it got was like 45 deg? Only had arm warmers and a buff on for the descent. Pretty warm.

Thanks! Its cool how on Thanksgiving I had a time of 2:18, and now I'm this much faster. This is probably the easy part of training where I see lots of improvement really quickly.

Speaking of 13 minutes, that was time time difference between myself and our star climber up Montezuma Valley Rd in SoCal, and it's only 11mi/3,500ft.

CCC is tight though, I just never seem to head up to Alberta street unless I'm getting Nutritaco, which I highly recommend.

Bikes: Felt TK2, Felt Z5

Almost got leveled by a kid who never looked to see if anything was coming in the bike lane as he drove out in front of me. I watched him not look. Like I was watching his face, and it never turned right to see if anything was there. I used to watch the front wheels. Now I do both, front wheels and the driver if I can see them.
