No seedy fruits, like raspberries or strawberries.
Your best choices are bananas, apple juice, broth, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs.

Nah, I'm just on an installment plan.
I get the headtube this month, the top tube is next month, then the downtube, an so on until December when I get the last track end. Then, in January... (Assembly is a real bear
)
The rest of it is waiting for assembly. I just grabbed the box from the post office on my way home from the office. I have busy weekend ahead of me (*), but I can probably put everything together. I don't have the tools or the knowledge (yet) to cut down the steer tube.
*) Sax practice, primarily. I have a concert next weekend that I need to be ready for, it's all jazz and I have 3 solos.

Today I did 35 miles on the road bike. The computer I had on it stopped working a few weeks ago, and I was trying to get it to work again, but today I just took it off. Kinda prefer riding without it, tbh.

JeremyLC - Don't rush it ! If you want to cut the carbon steerer tube yourself, get a Park SG-8 hacksaw cutting guide and a Park CSB-1 carbon hacksaw blade. You will need a bench vise to use the cutting guide. You can also use this setup to shorten a carbon seatpost.

OK, then for sure you'll need to take it to a competent LBS. I'm fortunate to live in a house with a garage, and pretty much can do anything related to building, maintaining and repairing my bicycles. BTW, do you need to cut the seatmast on that frame, or is it somehow adjustable ?

I'd love to see pictures of the build or an actual build log. Would love to hear about challenges, parts choices and why, what you like and dislike about it as you learn, etc.
Whatever you could document, a little or a lot, would be great. Good luck with it.

How about two things I did not know before seeing it in person?
1. The tubes aren't round. They're very subtly shaped to be more aero.
2. The chain stays are slightly crimped on the insides. I think one might be able to get something as fat as a 28mm tire in there.
