NO! NO! You can't do it before you can do it. Surely you don't want to be a stinkin' liar. Maybe if you say "almost", that would be okay.

Thanks
The scoring was odd. In both cases, early results showed both of them in fourth place. With the 12 yo, they ran two laps on the bike portion. As it turned out, the second and third place girls only did one lap, so they were disqualified. With the chain dropper the first place girl did not have a swim or bike time, so she was booted, then the second place girl was moved from age group scoring to the elite group scoring.

Season ending Cat 5 crit = riding next to ticking time bombs.
When the leader of the pack took off to the side to rest and fall back, everyone in the next 10 spots idiotically swung over with him, forcing extremely dangerous cornering on the inside. This happened multiple times, I honestly thought there was going to be a crash at this next corner, I thought that for something like 3 corners during that race.

Peach Day. I just went out to the backyard and picked about 25 pounds worth in just a few minutes. There were a few bruised ones on the ground already so I selectively ate them as I went. Mrs datlas is currently making peach tarts.

Mmm, sounds delicious. We have a few pounds of Marion berries. Maybe I should teach myself how to make tarts today.

Weather finally chilled a bit here (high of merely 88F). I actually enjoyed the Sunday hammer ride today and felt less like a nail.

I lived through the windstorm yesterday. Sadly two other WA state residents did not make it.
