funny I still call it a powerbook. parallels is flawless and they run simultaneous. from what I understand it's far superior to bootcamp.

Unlikely. Plus you should check your local laws, a lot of places are requiring you take "retired" electronic devices to recycling centers. Apparently there's a lot of toxic waste in them. That pretty much describes my last two weeks of workout files.

100% correct. I depend on Parallels everyday at work and have never experienced even a hiccup from it.

It's 77F outside of my office right now. Of course, PPD can't get the HVAC right, so it's 58F in my office.

It's a device agent issue, not a parallels (or other issue). As ReX suggested continuing to use srm.win for the DLs works fine.

well, there was a significant amount of snow last winter. the most that i've ever seen.

other than that, the snow almost never sticks. the one time it did, in 2005, it was chaos.

Being from NYC I always took for granted how efficient the city is at dealing with substantial snowfall, then I remember when London had 3" of snow and it was madness.

the clogs just leave it. nobody shovels their sidewalk, and plows are nonexistent.

Bike rider fat = real person skinny.

(I knew that, and I know you know that, but there's nothing like Thanksgiving to remind and reinforce that.)
