Not with the blurry photo - but the saddle is worth the price. If you have to ask deals like this are already sold.

I would guess a 615 or possibly, but unlikely, a 1000. Both has cantilevers and both are great bikes.

Very nice. It's difficult to tell if it's a 613 or 614. They are both pretty much the same except the 614 came with a triple. Since this one's components were switched/upgraded it's really hard to tell.

I think that I know the guy that posted this ad on CL. Everyone around here knows him as Dutch. He used to race in Europe when he was younger. Now he lives in Maryland and has a wife with Altzhiemers. Obviously he is trying to liquidate his assets. I am reluctant to verify the content of the ad, because I think he may be desperate. On the other hand, if anyone is going to vacation in Ocean City , MD, he is only a short drive away should you want to check it out. If I had $1500 to spend - I would buy it all.

I tossed them up on Picasa:

https://picasaweb.google.com/1116791...890/BunchaRims

Basic details are in the captions and comments.

I already had an orphan Arc-en-Ciel rim (can't remember where I got it), which I included. I also have a nice pair of Ambrosio Montreal Durex rims I've been meaning to list, so I took a few pix of the pair as well.

Here's what I see in the way of Arc-en-Ciel rims:
  • #1 and #2 have just the black/gold label
  • #3, #4, and #5 have rainbow label and red main label
  • #6 is my orphan rim - also with rainbow label, but slightly different main label, and isn't in as nice shape (certainly dirtier)

@crank_addict and @satbuilder get dibs. The three of us can virtually arm wrestle for the Arc-en-Ciels. If someone is interested in the Ambrosio rims or the Mavic Service Corse, let me know.

I just brought this home, it turned out to be a Miyata 1000 with a very nice Brooks Flyer Special saddle. Rough condition, yes, with mismatched wheels and derailleurs, but well worth the $68 I paid. I already have a 1000, this one may go to my brother in law. Might have to post this on the catch of the day thread too.....

Skip- Neato! Have no idea of those labels / date Super Champion and the Wolber company acquisition but think the black labels are 80's.
I geuss the red label Super Champ Arc-en-ciel #3 and #4 would be just fine. Assume all are 36 hole - road ver.? Either way, much appreciated.

Would like to lace Tipo high hubs for the old Bottecchia. Although that old bike rides wonderful with the low flange Suntour.... I know, I know.

I remembered that sometime after shutting up the garage. I assume they are all 36h, but will double check tomorrow.
