Looks like it's almost all original. Those Wolber rims were pretty much indestructible, as I remember. This was my first real road bike, same color and everything. Mine was a size or two larger.

Definitely a 'Dale. Maybe an '86 SC series convert to drops, though the down tube is brazed for DT shifters. ST800? Nothing below that had cantis.
