That's a nice bike, I hope someone here need's this gem and snatches it up. Here is a catalog description of the bike so if the components are stock then it's worth the price otherwise there may be some reconsiderations depending on what those components were replaced with.

[h=2]1994 Albert Eisentraut Road Bicycle 54cm - $2400 (central lincoln)[/h]
The seller had this up for grabs a couple of years ago and I had a chance to see it and hear the backstory. His price hasn't dropped in the intervening time and I'm happy it's too small for me as it's drop dead gorgeous with the Mavic group. If you just have to have it, I can facilitate.

Trek only made 2 years of it which was intended to be a time trial bike then UCI banned the bike due to it's unfair aero advantage to other bikes at the time, so UCI changed the rules to make sure that all bikes have seat tubes; Trek knowing it was going to be a hard sell to market it only as a Tri bike since the largest market it was intended for was taken away. Now it could be reintroduced by simply changing the seat tube angle to Tri specific angles if Trek wanted to because Tri bikes are all the rage now. There were two sore spots on the bike, one was a bad one, the bottom bracket aluminium insert that was bonded into the carbon fiber frame would come unbonded but Trek fixed that issue under warranty; and the other was it only could carry one water bottle though Minoura does makes a seat post water bottle holder. Now due to the mystic behind the bike it has become a cult status bike thus the value is appreciating...and rightly so.

[h=2]1991 Miyata 914 road bike 54cm NEAR MINT - $375 (Cambridge/Lowell)[/h] Vintage 1991 Miyata 914 road bike in near mint condition
frame 54cm; for someone 5'6-5'11
complete Shimano 105 group
search google for more details/vintage catalog
the 914 was a higher end Miyata model; considering the quality & condition of this bike the price is a very good one, especially when compared to the crap sellers list for $250+ on here
pedals not included, but could provide a good deal on a pair if needed
I'm finally selling this beautiful vintage gem. I've had it for about a year, just using it as a back up road bike. I barely put any miles on it, but have regularly maintained it's condition & stored it properly. After recently completing a touring bike build I no longer have any use for it as a back up. It just sadly hangs on my wall waiting for a rider. I'm a bike mechanic & it has been well cared for. It'd be ideal for someone looking to finally achieve some real mileage, maybe upgrading from something akin to a beat old beastly Varsity, & who prefers a vintage style with the sleek aesthetic of downtube shifters.
Serious buyers only.
***Bike is stored in Lowell, but I travel into Cambridge regularly so I could meet there too***
***Please leave phone # in response, thanks***

[h=2]Schwinn Super Sport vintage 80's road bike super nice! Look! - $275 (Exeter, RI)[/h]
What we have here is an 80's vintage Schwinn Supersport road bike. Shifts and brakes smoothly. Shimano 600 6 speed groupset. Shimano road pedals included. Columbus steel frame // rides like butter super comfy!! I believe this was one step down from the Paramount in the Schwinn line, it is a very, very sweet ride. I am 6' with 31" inseam and this bike fits me perfectly.....thus equivalent I would say to a modern 56 frame in sizing.
My plan was to keep this have the pink part of the paintjob powder coated to a nice bright green, swap out for a modern wheelset, set up and enjoy. I have another project roadbike in the wings ahead of this one and a Roubaix and steel framed Bianchi on the road now. Bottom line, I can't justify 4 road bikes ( I can't justify 3 either ha ha )
Take this to a good painter (unless you like pink! ) put a modern wheelset on and you have yourself a solid ride that can go anywhere comfortably and fast. Or you could have the wheels trued at a shop ( a tad wobbly I am super fussy - but tracks fine ) and ride it as is!
Either way, my loss is your gain. The Shimano 600 groupset alone is worth the listing price, thought about parting it out to maximize income on E Bay, I would rather see a local roadie enjoy it as is.
Don't miss this one. I am in South County RI you could take it for a spin at the SC bike path before you buy. Let me know if you don't have Shimano road shoes I can swap out the clipless pedals for some generic plastic pedals before you ride.
No scammers, seen it all, heard it all, don't bother. *** Cash money only in person ***
Cash in person transaction only with buyer. The best way to communicate is always on the telephone. Legit local calls are returned promptly. Text messages with out of state/region area codes are always ignored.
I'd like this bike to go to a rider who knows what it is and will enjoy her for many years.

https://boston.craigslist.org/sob/bik/3965200462.html[h=2]Schwinn Super Sport vintage 80's road bike super nice! Look! - $275 (Exeter, RI)[/h] What we have here is an 80's vintage Schwinn Supersport road bike. Bottom line, I can't justify 4 road bikes ( I can't justify 3 either ha ha ) Take this to a good painter (unless you like pink! ) put a modern wheelset on and you have yourself a solid ride that can go anywhere comfortably and fast. Or you could have the wheels trued at a shop ( a tad wobbly I am super fussy - but tracks fine ) and ride it as is!Either way, my loss is your gain. The Shimano 600 groupset alone is worth the listing price, thought about parting it out to maximize income on E Bay, I would rather see a local roadie enjoy it as is.Don't miss this one. I am in South County RI you could take it for a spin at the SC bike path before you buy. Let me know if you don't have Shimano road shoes I can swap out the clipless pedals for some generic plastic pedals before you ride.No scammers, seen it all, heard it all, don't bother. *** Cash money only in person *** Cash in person transaction only with buyer. The best way to communicate is always on the telephone. Legit local calls are returned promptly. Text messages with out of state/region area codes are always ignored. I'd like this bike to go to a rider who knows what it is and will enjoy her for many years. Paul 4 0 1 - 9 3 2 - 3 9 1 5

I'd buy the trek in a heartbeat if it were local to me, or if someone could facilitate.

Yep, that Super Sport is a 23", 57cm Seat tube CTC, 56 top tube CTC. Excellent riding frame!

Says 80s, but I think that seat tube decal is 70s.

It's also not a racing bike, it's a touring bike, possibly a 77 TX700 with a non original stem from a much older bike possibly early 60's or a modern interpretation of an older one.
Pictures don't show the condition, but if I'm right with the age and model and it's mostly original and in really good condition then I hope someone here grabs it fast because that is a sweet bike.
If I lived in that city the bike would be gone.
