Found a "DENT" on left side of DT,(cant believe I missed it all these years) can it be fixed ? if so ,how ? will try and find a pic .

It depends on the character of the dent.
If it is not too severe it can be rolled out.
I've done it successfully a couple of times with hardwood blocks- though there are purpose-specific blocks available.
These are sized for the specific tube diameter.
Of course it requires a paint repair afterward - as the blocks tend to scrub the paint/decals off.

I empathize. Having gone over my '66 Paramount with a fine tooth comb and pronouncing the frame "perfect," I was stunned to discover a tiny indentation in the top tube. After removing the cable housing clamp for clean up, there it was... not under the clamp, either, but adjacent to it so that shadow or light or just pure bliss camouflaged it from my eyes. FWIW, I'm leaving it alone, and considering it an honor badge of it's racing history.

Badge of honor.
I had a friend transport my Hollands last summer and inadvertently she put a subtle crease in the top tube.
A total bummer, but I'll get it repaired when I have a few issues taken care in a few years.
In the meantime, I'll just ride and enjoy the bicycle.

Ironic.....I'm doing a teardown/cleanup of my Nishiki Seral, and when I pulled the DT bottle cage off, I found a small dent, too. It's almost on the centerline, and could even be deliberate except there's no obvious need for it. Anyway, my solution is to put the bottle cage back on.

Another vote for just letting it be. Nothing's perfect.
My RB-1 has a ding that must have been caused by a swinging handlebar, and my new-to-me Mercian had several dings and dents that put it into my budget range. I consider them both warhorses; sure, if I ever repaint I'll probably get them filled with brass or something, but until then no point expending mental energy about them.

I thought 3Renshos came from the facotry with dents.
You need to decide which is more imprtant to you, having the dent and original paint, or no dent and a scare from trying to roll the dent out. It has to be pretty bad for me to think about rolling it.
