added a body geometry saddle, mavic asksium wheels and crank bros. candy SL pedals. i have the 35c maxxis knobbies that came with her in this pic, but i just this afternoon swapped them out for some panaracer tserve 28s. maybe if i feel the desire, i'll snap some more pics tomorrow.

Mostly built of parts from a couple of different bikes. I've used this bike for the last two weeks on my route to work and back which is a total of 36 miles most of which is on the Monon Greenway (MUP). Fenders were just put on this weekend and haven't been tested yet.

I commute 42 miles round trip into Boston on a Giant OCR 2. I wondered about fenders and wider tires. They look awesome. I love the OCR for my commute. Your bke looks great!!!!!!!

Well here's my "new" commuter. 87 Specialized Rockhopper, added crossroads tires, slime tubes, new cables, rear rack and grocery bag, front bag, mirror, computer, pump, lock. Got the bike for $30 off Craigslist and had most of the rest of the stuff. Without my stuff (clothes, laptop, lunch, tools, rain gear, water bottles) its about 35 lbs. My commute is 16 miles of mixed paved path and dirt/gravel trails. Rode it about 12 miles yesterday and it works fine, hopefully get a chance to ride it into work on Wednesday and Thursday.

Like the Gary Fisher before her, she'll sit in the cubicle beside me all day long. I work at a university in a bike-friendly town (Davis, CA: http://daviswiki.org/Bicycling), where accomodations for bicyclists are substantially more flexible than at my previous "corporate" job.

Well, I'm jealous. Of the bike and the amenities, though as far as cycling goes, we have it pretty well here in PDX. ;)

About my Centurion LeMans - Got it roadworthy on May 5th, commuted for the first time on it May 7th and have racked up 350 miles on it already by commuting (helped along with a 115 mile RT trek out of town to visit friends).

I have a 25c on the front, a 28c on the back. Filzer dB4L computer from MEC ($13.50 model). Old cruddy pedals with the broken cage/straps off. I've got some Forte Campus pedals on order from performance bike. Everything else is as the bike came, barring new cables/housings and bar tape.

edit: added another cage on it since I took these photos and my pedals are finally shipped I think!

edit2: I guess I screwed up my search and short term memory - I'd already posted pics a couple weeks ago :p Doh!

Which Ralleigh model is that?

Its is a Raleigh Glacier. You can actually see the name threw the handlebars on in the picture. I havent been able to find any info at all on this bike though (havent looked very hard either).

I've got that same bag. I got mine at a surplus store too. It actually happens to be an Isreali Paratrooper Bag. I found that out when I went into an Arab Grocery Store wearing it. The clerk was a little snappy about telling me the significance of the bag. But it still is a cool bag.

This is soon to be my commuter bike. The rack is off of it and was on my singlespeed until it broke, so im in the market for a new rack & some bags, aswell as a light or two.

Know any info on that frame? because I dont.

Guys do i start commuting on my tcr or do i turn my broken CRX into a single speed and use that.

I have a pretty hilly 24km one way commute but some single speeds look awesome and its only gonna increase my fitness yeah

Thanks! The front and rear racks I bought separately at my LBS, they are some kind of specialized cyclo-cross set. The front rack has a bottle opener on the front and just enough space for a 6-pack. :D
