Bikes: Ritchey P-series prototype, Diamondback, Nishiki Triathelon Pro.

Ya I have a bad case of bike envy, and kids. I have to pinch for parts.

Thanks for not using the laughter emoticons, maybe I'll get a new frame this spring.

I bought the Ritchey frame for $150 and built that. It is pretty fast, 38T to 12T @ 80rpm is 19.6 mph flatland.
With the 11T small gear, is on 11 to 38 is 21.4mph @ 80rpm.

Bikes: Ticycle (custom Ti duraace front to back) --- Specialized Roubaix Pro ---- Specialized S Works Epic----Co-motion Speedster Co-pilot (delivery 11/15)

about 2 weeks ago I bought a new:
  • 2004 Specialized S works Epic
  • Fox FX 100 with Terra Logic
  • XTR front to back including the disk brakes

What a sweet ride ...very efficient and that fork is beyond my expectations.

I have about 130 miles on it and am VERY HAPPY

Yeah, yellow is a bit of an odd colour.

I looked at the black and the silver and i really didn't like any of those. I like the yellow because it stands out and it just looks sweet to me and the other reason is the shop that i got it at only had the yellow in my size and it would have taken a week to get the other colors in my size so i went with it.
Everyone taht see;s it in person loves the color. It is different in person then online.

True, it looks unique. Still, I'll be getting mine in black (soon, anyways). I think the best Hardrock Sport colour is silver but my LBS doesn't have it!

I love my '95 Attitude! The mission control 2 makes it tough to replace the fork, though. I just did a rebuild on the fork (it's a carbon Judy XC) with an air kit.

Mine still has the stock XT cranks on it, and I got it right at 20.5 lbs.

Just thought to show you guys a picture of my friends customized bike. The only thing now is that he has to put it together. I think he will hit well over the $4000AU mark or $3100US. But come to think of it, he's not going to pay for it!

If your friend runs the Hussefelt DH crankset shown, why would he or she need a front derailleur & shifter?
