If the Steelers don't win, then my day will be ruined.

More so because the Ravens won.

No, they used to have a table with a thing of oranges on it and somehow (not me) oranges would end up along the edge of the road.

Almost 4 hour "base" ride over on the Eastern shore with the team (it feels strange not calling them "the idiots") today. It was a bit quicker than my base pace much of the time, especially coming back into the wind when someone strong decided they wanted to get home.

I couldn't find anyone to ride with so I just went out solo.

It was sunny and right around the freezing point. Nice ride. The descents were very refreshing. Did only about 36 miles.

Since ruokie said effin giants does that mean the eagles won? I don't really follow football...

Okay, I'm amazed at how much difference lowering tire pressure makes when riding rollers.

Previous ride - 137 avg hr, 156 max hr, 210 avg watts, 283 max watts
Today's ride - 157 avg hr, 178 max hr, 230 avg watts, 280 max watts

Today's ride - https://connect.garmin.com/activity/60141438

That's pretty cool. How much did you drop the pressure by?

My favorite Christmas carol is "Carol of the Bells". I like just about any version of it...but if I had to list my top 5 specific songs/artist versions, it would be:

1. White Christmas – Drifters
2. The Christmas Song – Nat King Cole
3. Please Come Home For Christmas – Eagles
4. Silent Night – The Impressions
5. Christmas Wrapping – Waitresses

What about those of you have inclined to enjoy Christmas? Any favorites?

1. This: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqLIH...eature=related

2. Old City Bar-Trans Siberian Orchestra

3. Happy Christmas -John Lennon

4. Please Come Home For Christmas - Eagles

5. Christmas Cannon Rock- Trans Siberian Orchestra

Don't let the coasting who stole Christmas get you down, chasmm. He is just pissed because he has to wear his golf shoes to go the the herbalist.

When I worked retail about 15 years ago I had to listen to Christmas music for 8 - 10 hours a day for a month or so. What made it even worse was the fact that they only had one CD that they just played over and over.

We have XM radio, but there's only like 10 Xmas songs, just played by various artists.
