That's more or less what my number 4 exercise does. Better for your back if you do it with bent knees and back straight/flat as possible

Thanks for the list. I've done most of those from time to time, just not regularly. I need to.
I'm not in the best shape, but it's not that bad.

So I landed fairly hard on my head (with helmet) and when walking shortly after I felt mildly nauseated, and then after that until current when walking I feel slightly, ever so slightly, dizzy. Concussion? Should I do anything?

Probably a mild concusssion. Make sure somebody keeps an eye on you over the next couple of days and don't do anything that puts you at risk for a second injury. If any doubt get checked by your physician.
Thanks for the workout plan datlas. I need to increase my core strength so badly.
