It just occured to me, tonight was a really laid back C.M. as far as agro drivers were concerned. It seemed like everyone was pretty cool w/ a bunch of cyclists heading down the road together ... or did I miss the honking/swearing/threatening this time?

****in' hell; my bike was stolen at Shuter/Victoria between 4:20 and 4:50. I was dropping off something for a friend after work and I left my bike unlocked, and I think a homeless guy stole it. So please, if you can, keep an eye out...

Ride today/tonight anyone? I missed CM last night because I got high... it was like one of those anti-drug commercials. I rolled up to bloor+spadina at 6:35 and nobody was there so I raced around the city for a while looking for the mass and amanaged to geta flat tire so I just called it quits and went home. Shortly afterwards I fell asleep.

I'm keeping my eye out for your ride gboy.. so amazingly practical. Great bike. Damn thieves.. Is that the romax?

there were only two accourances that I saw and that was with city workers, #1 a street car driver that came close to hitting us he tried to force us out of the way and#2 was a d*ckhead from the parking inforcement whom made a small run at us, but other than that is was FUN

I'll keep eyes peeled as well. No midnight laps last night. Lager Leasure ride back east. Nice to see all you guys last night. After watching all you young guns tearing off up Bathhurst, I was totally jonesing for a similar setup.
*edit* the ZooYork guys were cool fun.

I'm gonna go for leisurely ride around the city this morning and get some coffee someplace.. if anyone cares to join, 416-602-7298. I'm going to leave around 9:00 and I have to be home again by 10:30. so yeah, leisurely.

With all the sad news of bikes getting stolen recently I was wondering if it might be a good idea to put gps beacons on our bikes.

Kind of like bait bike, but not really since you don't want it stolen in the first place. Does anyone know what kind of beacons the bait bikes use?

Edit: I'm also looking for mtb shoes/pedals. Size 43 around. If you got anything spare or extra kicking around that you'd like to sale me, please do. I'm dying on running shoes out here.
