My last passport photos I had done I got at a little place in the mall at 137 Yonge. It was one of the best photos I have ever had taken....a real glamour shot. He does a really good job. The bonus is that the passport office is right upstairs. My advice...get the photos done one day...go the next day super early...like 7 a.m...otherwise you will wait in line for the whole day.
