yes.

Are you doing CM? we could go for noodles after.. I'm going for brunch on Saturday, but otherwise I'm pretty flexible with plans this weekend.

I was just looking at FugaziDave's pictures on Flickr and once again they made me want to ride AND take lots of pictures. dah.. so good!

I don't think I can make CM, too early for me to get down there, but I could hook up afterwards. My weekend is pretty open right now. Someone want to suggest a meeting time/place?

the only reason I haven't broken out any of the cameras is because I don't know you guys well enough to know if it would be weird if I started taking pictures of you.

So, for the camera shy, know that mr. operator (and his pocket calculator) just fscked it up for the lot of yous.

I don't remember his name but we worked for Blizzard Courier. ring any bells?

It's just south of College on the West Side of Spadina. I regret I will be unable to attend as I must work the Outdoor Adventure Show. If anyone's planning on going and wants a 2 for 1 coupon, PM me and I'll send you one.

I have a few nice pics from a CM a while ago as it stopped right in front of Saigon Palace while I was stuffing myself. Got right in there on the ground and snapped a few. I'll look them up and post em somewhere.

I can only think of a few guys riding fixed, messing back then. I had my 88 Stumpjumper conversion....but that only saw winter use. There was Graham. he rode a white Miyata Track....he flys helicopters in South America now. And the most likely...Marcel. He had quite a few fixie conversions and if memory serves he did have a Ciocc. Not sure if he worked at Blizzard.

My ploy of telling everyone I am playing cards online is successfully hiding my midget porn fetish.

Here's a few shots from last years Aug CM
Please bear with me if this doesn't work. First time using flikr

Ok this frame in the basement is driving me nuts. I can hear it at night whinning in the dark at night.
It's keeping me up nights and getting into my dreams. Can anyone recommend a paint stripper that doersn't require a gas mask to use? I hear there's a decent one at Crappy Tire.

Bikes: The Brown Beast

I just wanted to say awesome job to the folks over at Biseagal. They did an awesome job converting my old trek roadbike into a soon to be mean as hell city bike. I highly recommend them for any sort of frame modification/repair.

Next stop is powdercoating, I'm hoping Bayers-Bush lives up to Cavernmerch's recommendation. Also have any of you guys chopped a brooks before? I've heard a grinder is one of the better ways of removing the excess leather, any suggestions? I think I have the basic ideas but any cool style tricks are greatly appreciated.

hey thanks for the response. I'm pretty sure his name isn't Marcel, I think it was a more common Jason or something, anyways thanks.

yeah the guys/gals at Biseagal are awesome, they converted one of my bikes two years ago, and I'd go back as soon as I find something suitable again for another conversion.

btw: those dropouts look dangerously awesome, what does the rest of the bike look like?

The rest of a bike is a mid to late 80s Trek 660, lugged Reynolds 531 frame. Its going to paint but once thats done I'll post pictures. Right now its all primer and chipped 20 year old paint.
