More medical adventure: new patient visit/check-up. I officially have a primary care physician again.

Cool! Nothing sounds like a steam engine.

Do you hand out lollipops after shots?
And no, I don't hand out lollipops after prostate exams either. |
What's the cheapest, best race number clip?

If you tell them to not use insurance at all they can usually cut that down quite a bit. My wife had to have one on her knee, and it was only like $300 when we went out of pocket.

Except don't, because serious cyclists only use jersey numbers. Unless they're UCI pros, then they're too serious. |
Potential new job update- I called and emailed the company after my panic-inducing missed call from them on Friday. Haven't heard anything back yet one way or another. Originally they said it would be at least a week (interviewed last Wednesday), but that damn call on Friday means they wanted to tell me something, I just have no idea what.
Out of my hands, I know. Just really want to be able to mentally check out of this current job ASAP. |

I just knew I would draw you out with that one. Just like how Roger Rabbit could not resist "Shave and a Haircut."
FWIW, I've had my rear blinky zip-tied to my seatpost for a few months now, ever since my cat decided to hide the mounting bracket in a place I still haven't discovered. |

This place was boring me so I did a little trolling in the A&S forum.

Is this the tied-for-cutest thing ever??? http://i771.photobucket.com/albums/x...5871CEBA54.jpg |

So...I have been doing tour planning for my MT and ID tour in June. Looking at potential breakfast places in town I came across a place in Troy, MT that has the following on the menu:
"Big Bucket Skillet: Fried potatoes, onions, green peppers, burger, sausage, bacon and ham, 4 whipped eggs scrambled all together top [sic] with cheddar cheese or gravy and your choice of toast." *smh* |

False. My cat mostly sticks to the LCF forum, doesn't ever visit the 41 so I'm safe. I think.
BTW, a new mystical entity called "Wisztrock" has been introduced recently to LCFers, by an individual who has subsequently deleted a few of her/his/its own posts and then expressed surprised outrage at the fact that said posts were deleted. They were on the subject of her/his/its plans to achieve world peace and/or domination through cycle paths. |
My wife told me this morning team kit for this year is pretty ugly. She doesn't like the pink addition. I don't either. So it goes. I wasn't going to rock the boat.
Seems like lots of cyclists like pink. I liked pink, but I owned a GT Zoot Scoot then. |
