Unless you pay for Prime, Amazon ***** you big time with the shipping time. The way to force you into paying for Prime. I avoid them like the plague. Those of you that pay are enablers. Bad hombres.

Luckily I don't buy anything from Amazon so I remain unhurt.

As long as I keep riding 5-6 days a week, I'm able to maintain my weight pretty well. For the moment.

Sorry for the redactions; can't be helped--terms of my employment. Love it. And, I'm feeling pretty special and thought I'd share. PS: True story. And, I guess the moral of this little story is that we're all special in our own special ways. ;) |
I don't believe that was necessary

To actually burn calories, you need to Strava your rides. Otherwise it doesn't count.

Well, firstly, my posting was meant to be ironic. Perhaps it was rather too so.
But! Don't think I haven't thought of the Zombie Apocalypse! That is precisely why I've been hoarding ammo and I've gone out to my favorite online survivalist outlet and purchased an abacus. You could always become a minstrel. :thumb: |

I replied because I'm reading the book, World Made By Hand by James ****sler and it tells about how many professions are worthless after an apocalypse. :)
You could always become a minstrel. :thumb: I like Kunstler. He has written some very thought provoking stuff. He wrote a book called The Long Emergency that is also really good and had served as the impetus behind the World Made by Hand series. You can find his blog at: What's Up - KUNSTLER |

I feel fat.

I grew up on a small cattle ranch. I learned a ton of old-world stuff growing up. I'll be fine in the coming Armageddon provided I'm not decimated by a direct missile strike.
