Our next door neighbor is the title sponsor of the shop's women's racing team this year. I'm digging their new kit.

Hey, you can have mine for free, Mrs BD would love you for it. Just a little hyper, but nothing a little California climate can't turn around. :D

Well trained, of course. In perfect health, great nose, extremely smart, and of course a natural guardian.

I might even consider delivering her personally, I have a few peeps I haven't visited in a long time. No extra charge. :)

Who knows, Pcad may have gotten the original idea from you (see post #21). I would lawyer up.

Let's keep it in the house, see if sbxx is available for a percentage of the take.

And then there's my fee as loyal, longtime custodian . . . . . :innocent:

I have been using Rock N Roll Gold lately. Seems to work ok. Plus I can say that it's gold, Jerry, GOLD!

You have to be a much better cyclist than I to do the century in question unsupported. There's not any water that I know of on the last 40 miles through the mountains. I once read there's a spring somewhere near the road, but I've not seen it.

Quiet!

Hey, Seeds, it's a '78 or '79 frame. You steel Luddite guys should be thrilled!

A familiar dilemma in the summertime. You want to do it early while it's cool, because once that sun is really up lawn mowing is a horror.

I was talking to a guy at the shop yesterday who was pining for his old wooden-soled cycling shoes.

Good job, Mr. Historian. Why our search hamster has so much trouble finding it is beyond me.

However it may be where it is because of it's size. Just as I remembered, Addiction I was just a warm up for Addiction II which reached over 50 thousand posts, an average of 13k posts per month, 425 posts and 17 pages per day. Just crazy!

I had a pair but they are long gone. The only shoes that I kept until recently were a pair of Sidi's with leather soles and cleats that bolted on instead of nailed. I threw them away.

Well see, that's the great thing about this part of New York, we get the extremes of both seasons, plenty hot and humid in the summer and cold as hell in the winter. I prefer the cold; just tolerate the heat.

Tennessee, on the other hand, thinks two days of 33°F or 2" snow on one day is winter. :roflmao2:

He has offered to polish my Nouvo Record group for me. Still debating on that.

Just consider that after polishing it won't be anodized anymore...if it ever was. So it will be very prone to further oxidation and may get dull or worse very fast.
