I don't recognize this place anymore.

Haven't lunched yet. Apparently I got a job this morning, but I didn't bring my SS card and passport, so have to ride back out there in a minute. THEN I'll have lunch.

Real estate books? Why? You have an insomnia problem??

I know it. I've been without caffeine for 3 days now, I have a feeling these books will break me. I kinda cycle on and off of the caffeine, I'm not sure it's a full departure.

Just send me the real estate books, I'll summarize for you. Have to learn as much about commercial as I can to impress the new bosses.

So I've been absent but is finance girl a full time thing for you or still in the foundational stages? Either way kudos.

While I'm here... reported for soliciting Pepe's opinion, which will result in a thread lock.

As of 8:25 this morning I am officially an uncle.

Wait. Is it the solicitation that causes the thread lock? Or Pepe's opinion??

I'd guess it's the solicitation. doesn't that always end in trouble?

I have this problem.

This particular wheel has a special magnetic tool, to use for retrieving the nipple as it has a sealed design.

Of course, when I saw the tool, I made sure to put it in a safe place. I assume it is very safe - although completely useless as I have no idea where this safe place is .

Guessing could find another magnet or work-around. Sounds like an exercise in frustration

I hate when that happens.
