Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Just got a free six-pack at Weigels due to Squirrel White's TD yesterday.

Try to do that at WaWa.

As a medical professional I cannot recommend drinking that, with one possible exception during a long and hard ride.

I try to limit sugary snacks, drinks or candy that aren't immediately surrounding exercise, for fueling or blood sugar replenishment. A coke as soon as you finish a hard race or effort really hits the spot as well.

Drank some yesterday for the first time in a while. Friend suggested we stop at Jack in the Box and I needed water anyway. He bought me a Coke and gave me half of his fries. Felt a lot better after that.

When our kids were young, we were involved in a group that did a campout every October. It featured a pumpkin carving competition. Used a Dremel to carve them. Some got really elaborate.
