Lilly was up every 90 min or so last night and needing to be soothed back to sleep. Liz and I traded off. I had an easy day planned for today, now it's a necessity. Hopefully she sleeps well tonight.
I've read/heard things about a sleep regression at 4 months. She's 3 months and 10 days, not there yet. I wonder if it's hitting early or something. Not sure we can call it a regression yet until it's multiple days in a row (hopefully not).

And train them like you would a dog as they get older.

And there was a story floating around in the wee hours that the two empty seats were people who missed the flight!
Hoping to find out more later today...

Another way of looking at it is it was a Fiat built by actual Communist Yugoslavians, rather than communism-curious Italians.

To be scientific, you need a really large N because of variation from individual to individual within the population. The books tell you about the average, they don't generally discuss the totality of the distribution.

It’s going to turn to rain later, but the Poconos could get a lot of snow. Went out early and picked up a fish to bake.

A couple weeks ago when I got the madone, I mentioned that I could see more of one side of the wheel vs the other. Some of you thought it might be my dominant eye vs non dominant eye.
Well, I had 30 seconds to look at it today, and it appears that it’s the tire that is off not the wheel. Almost as if the tire was not made symmetrical. Do you think conti will replace?

At discharge, the pediatrician did tell us to expect some cluster feeding (or other specific behavior) within the first couple days and weeks, but nothing past that. It's all a wild card now.

I follow this online forum "What to expect" and lots of mothers are posting their about their child going through "leap 5" or "leap 6" (or something) at this point, terminology from the very popular "Wonder Weeks" book that is a hit with other millenial parents. Sometimes I wonder if people are putting the cart before the horse when interpreting their child's difficulties through the system in the book. There's a name for the fallacy that I am not remembering.
Also, the forums make me feel like an awesome partner because many of the mom's post threads complaining about how unhelpful their husbands are and how much they suck. So that's a bonus to reading the threads
. The posts are essentially 100% from mothers, with basically no male participation... A part of me really wants to make a troll account and make clickbait thread titles like "things your wife does that pisses you off"....

I have 2 Meucci"s too, can't remember which ones. They're still in my Jose' Porter case. One needs a ferel due to a crack from breaking with it. That life got me into a lot of trouble. Not sorry I quit.

RE: pool. Haven't been the bar going type for a few years, but when I do find myself at one, I enjoy playing pool. I'm not great, but usually mediocre at worst, and sometimes have good days. I can make some tough cross table shots or other angled shots when I'm shooting well, but I can't really control where the cue goes super well. I think that's what differentiates an adequate pool player from a really good one.

Theoretically one can boat from one venue to the other, via the Panama Canal or going around Tierra del Fuego.
