Happy with the tickets for the Melb cup - back straight, opposite the finish line, one row back from the fence. If I could have an actual pick of where to sit I wouldn't do much better. Mind you, there might only be 50 people there! Tip for the ticketek website when booking tickets for Vodophone - you can have three cracks at selecting seating. It drops the selections in a 'shopping basket'. You remove the tickets you don't like. First two options the website gave sucked, third one was great. |
Hey expat, I dropped into Hadleys on Saturday to say gday. I didn't spot you anywhere amongst the bazillion bikes they have on display so I'm guessing you must've been asleep out the back again ;)
Good setup there tho. Very cool range of bikes for all and sundry. Now all they need is some space for people to be able to walk about :) |

I did indeed notice the cast of 1000's upstairs.
Has anyone seen a post from sacman in the last little while? He seems to have fallen off the radar. Maybe he bought another bike and his GF performed the obligatory castration  |

Here's one I'm gunna do; A unique event on Sydney cycling calendar is the inaugural BikeSydney Summer Solstice Ride on the night of 20/21 December . We meet at 1.00am (early Wednesday) at Martin Place Cenotaph. Ride thru deserted streets in dead of night! Cross the Bridge and make our way to North Head for spectacular sunrise at 4.41am (the summer solstice). Breakfast at Shelley Beach, a ferry back into town :) |
What's on the training programme tonite coach Paul?
