Are you complaining or boasting? :D

jock 05-11-06 06:02 PM

lower back twinges can be a nightmare to get under control. take matagi's advice and get some therapy. We need you in top shape come 2pm tomorrow :)

Wilchemy 05-11-06 06:07 PM

Get onto a good myotherapist for back fixing massage work. The deep tissue stuff can hurt like hell at the time but I've found it to be really helpful.

:roflmao: @ Beaconsfield Hard Rock :roflmao:

Sure ozbiker, what pretty pix do you need? Make it snappy though, coz it's 4:45 and I've got a helluva headache.

However, this little MP3 helped alleviate it somewhat!!

Men!

jock 05-12-06 04:50 AM

matagi, thylo didn't mean to send anyone to orsm but the bikeforum censorship stuffed the hyperlink. In the middle of the page there's a link to an mp3 of sam newman using the fwit line on talkback radio or something. Not necessarily funny, but I still cacked meself at how stupid and arrogant the man is. :)

+1

I saw the **** in the url so I pasted it correctly into the address bar... just tried it on it's own - erm, interesting site

Thylacine 05-12-06 05:20 AM

Err, sorry 'bout that. A mate sent it to me and it just opened up in in my media player. Didn't realise the site was so....ehem......naughty! :)

Anyway, Newman is a tool. Sorry if I offended anyones sensibilites! :D

Time to crack open the first Pale Ale of the evening methinks....

You're forgiven. :) A lesson to me to check the URL before I click on a link. :o

Agree about Sam Newman - although occasionally he can be quite (unintentionally) funny.
