It was there, in fact it did a dash from Mt Penang to Calga to pick up a guy who had put his rear derailleur into the spokes. He had only put 200km on the bike - he was not a happy camper (Cannondale R800 with 105 gruppo)

I don't think I want to share the details - it was due to a very stupid error on my part. Let's just say that when one re-assembles one's bike after taking it out of the back of the car, it is very important to connect the brakes before launching down a steep driveway. :o

But that isn't what I did ....no.. I was doing 60km/hr up Bumble Hill, when this wombat dashed out of nowhere. Yes, that's what happened. No, really, it did. :p

I put our demo singlespeed on ebay TWICE for a ridiculously cheap price and didn't sell it. A day later sold it privately along with some spankin' new R7 forks to go with it.

dont worry mate when I was scouring ebay, most stuff was bid on late (like last couple of hours) and usually bikes went for a lot more than what they are worth. Thats why I went **** this and bought one out of the paper for a lot less than I would have paid on ebay.

Ebay = sometimes good buyer deals on parts but crap prices for bikes. (for buyers that is)
