Anyone know if that has been done before 100 in each innings in your 100th test?
#1258
i don't think so, only 6 players had ever scored 1 x 100 in their 100th test let alone 2, they talked about it during the first innings on the ABC.

dare I say it again? Ponting is not a #3!!!
He obviously has a great record, but he would have a much better record if he batted at 4 or 5.
His defence isn't solid enough, and he's a dodgey starter, especially when he comes
in early against the new ball.

On a sad note, biker down at the intersection between Waratah and Georgetown. By Kmart. He was moving, but they kept him on the ground for the ambo. Never a good thing.

It also allows you to resync your training cycles (peaking) with the new year's target races, as these shift every year.
It doesn't necessarily mean just tootling along, it just means that there isn't much intensity in it. My base training maxHR is 155-160 depending on how I feel on the day. I can 'tootle along' at over 40kmh and still be under 155.
There are other things for noobs like me to work on during base as well. I have developed a little knock in my left leg stroke, so I'm concentrating on working that out before loading up again. Nothing like a bad leg action to tear joints apart once you put some load on them. I'm also learning how to ride down on the drops again now that my back can take it. Sound simple, but it's hard to do after 20 years out of practice!
...but what's that got to do with beer?

I have no idea what my various heart rates are and I've only recently installed a cadence capable comp on my scooter.I picked up a $150 voucher last year from a company called 'Zoom in Zones', run by a bloke named Radek Valenta. I have the option of;
1. full fitness test with provision of lactate, power, heart rate training zones, or;
2. 30km TT specific time trial practice provision of lactate, power,rpm information specific to my needs. or
3. bike fit, road,track or TT, or;
4. coaching service - training program development or review of my existing structure. (of which I virtually have none).
I think I need both '1' and '4' more than the others but I doubt '4' is possible without '1'.
Jock, what was your process for eliminating back pain? I recently have been experiencing a return of debilitating lower pain I had previously overcome and can't seem to put a handle on cause. Heeeelp!!! (please)

There was a lot of broken glass, so I think 2 cars hit right at the corner of Red Rooster, and maybe the bike ran into them when they stopped suddenly. He was away from the kerb, next to Turton, with his feet pointed towards Mayfield and his head pointed towards RR. Maybe there will be something in the paper. Yeah, that parking lot exit/entrance sucks.

Somebody here recently talked about their shimano shoes having a tiny gap between the cleat and the pedal which produces an anoying 'tap' as you pedal. I have the same problem with my left pedal and need a solution. Anyone remember the post?

I ended up supergluing thin pieces of plastic from one of those floppy plastic
A4 folders to the plastic 'clip-outable' bits (the body covers) on both pedals, and there's
STILL plenty of room with the tension at about 1/2
my problem was also on the left pedal, and on all three pairs of my Ultegras.
It was improved a bit with the tension screw done WAY up, but I don't always like the tension very tight

this guy on Cycling Forums had the same problem
https://www.cyclingforums.com/t284676-.html
This guy said he rectified it just by getting a new plastic body cover, but it happened with mine straight out of the box.
I've been trying to find out if the plastic body covers come in different heights, but I've been a bit slack about it
Whatever it is, it doesn't seem to be a common problem. Maybe we're too powerful.
