Here's an updated picture. Fizik microtex tape, higher saddle, lower bars. I also just waxed my frame with Meguiars Gold Class wax.

Do you guys think I have enough saddle to bar drop?

Raise saddle 2 more inches...should be perfection..:thumb:

Igo 04-15-12 06:31 PM

That's probably more drop than this old guy would like but most will say it looks good from here.
How are you enjoying it so far?

Dude, I hope you didn't buy this bike just to show off.

You gotta figure that out yourself. Are you comfortable raising that post? If you're not then leave it as it is.

...or you can be one of those ******s who puts a ridic saddle:bar ratio for show off. It's the 41 anyway.

No. It is going to get a ****ton of miles. It's my first road bike. If I wanted to buy a bike to show off, I would have bought the most expensive roadie, a Pinarello Dogma 2 with EPS. The post is perfect for me where it's at right now. I meant to ask "Does the saddle to bar drop look good?"

Igo 04-15-12 10:15 PM

What the **** is the "41" dribble?

It's not supposed to be a link. I worked hard to get as much bb code in there as I could to break it so that I could show you what 41 means. Copy the link and put it in your browser and you'll see where the 41 is.

Thank you. I'm a little frustrated with my Realtor right now. I'll try again tomorrow.

Any bike that is a true race bike (and used for that purpose) - HOT
(check the angle on that seat - could cause you some issues a little later in life)

Looks good, but I think it would look so much better completely debadged. Remove the Thomson, Easton, pedal and bottle cage ink and you'll really have something.

What's dull are your photo taking skills. At least try to get the whole bike into the picture.
