I cant make out what kind of frame that is.....Is that an orbea???? LOL

hot!

I like that saddle. The shape looks fairly similar to the arione no? mostly flat (obviously with a cutout). I might have to go down to my LBS and take a closer look. Nicely done, she is beautiful

I am so surprised no one has noticed the funky bar tape on this one!!!

Oh so close. The stubby stem and lack of saddle-to-bar drop killed it. Makes me think the frame is clearly too big for the rider. Otherwise I do dig the color pallette.

No spacers above the stem, Fizik gloss microtex? That matches the blue on the frame, and Shimano shifters not mounted so high up the bars like sprung up rabbit ears... Still HOT.

Merry X-Mas! My thoughts exactly, otherwise an awesome bike....

Ok took the forums advice and got rid of the striped Fizik tape and went with Specialized solid white to match my saddle and also ditched the red/black Durano tires and went with Black Specialized Turbo's. Much Better and thanks guys!!

That works for me, personally I'd go with black hoods but it not a deal breaker for me.
The red hoods tie in with the stem.
I'm going to call the the "Devils Bike".(seeing as you're from N.J.)
Go Devils! (NHL/Stanley Cup Finals)

JPM 06-03-12 01:06 PM

Funny you said that...Black hoods are ordered! ;-)

bianchi10 06-03-12 02:00 PM

not to tear your bike apart, but Im glad you went with the white tape. black hoods will look good. Black stem would look even Gooder IMO

bianchi10 06-03-12 04:19 PM

What about Sram Red-TDF edition w/ the yellow highlights. And if you can remove or cover up that Shimano decal on the chainstay... minor details. But still HOT overall.

An S-Works crank is what every S-Works needs. If nothing else stripping the Red logos, and re-clearing the Red cranks would work. Black chainrings would be great too. Someone with a Specialized needs to buy these:

I would put them on my Cervelo, but they probably weigh a bit, and would clash since my bike isn't a Specialized.

Wow, that is hottt!!! The blue highlights are cool and kudos on the parts selection! How does the 2012 Red ride? Looks very nice...

Nice... Though I think the candy cane tape would've worked if you had a red saddle with white highlights/lettering.

I think all the bikes here are hot in their own way. Not everything needs to be built in 'race ready' fashion, bikes should be built to suit the riding that the rider will actually be doing.

Love the Rat Fink decal!!!
I use that image as an Avatar @ one of the local bike forums.
Hot!
& I totally agree with "everything being built race ready".
I believe:
As long as it works for you, ride it!
