Good luck with the AL pedal inserts.
I think OCLV tried the al bowties and said they sucked as well. |

Hi,
Race rig: http://www.pbase.com/cleavel/image/1...4/original.jpg Run of the mill 2012 SuperSix EVO with "vintage" 2008 Record-10 components. Amazingly it weighed in at 13.95 lbs. Raced it last Sunday. It works. |

not to get all "photographer" on you, but next time watch for other angles in the photo that may take away from the lines of your bike. AKA...the concrete wheel chalks have a different line than the frame and takes away from the bike for me. Other than lines, there is a lot of background stuff going on and I find it distracting. try to find a wall or background that will allow for good contrast between the background and the subject. This allows for everything on the bike that should be seen to be seen.
I like the bike, but I am hesitant to give it a hot. I think its close but not yet sizzling I will have to practice a little bit more :) |

Nagrom, bike looks great, I agree it needs a better background for tis thread though.
I'm also adding a few more red accents, so we'll see how that looks. |
Hot, do I know you? Aero wheelset would top it off. |

hot. |
Just picked this up earlier this week. '02 Prodigy. I will be swapping the seatpost and saddle as soon as time and money permits.

Put race tires on the race bike, and training tires on the other bike.
Race bike: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...IMAG0780-1.jpg Other bike (which I will likely race too) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...IMAG0781-1.jpg Cheers |

I'm having issues with rides over about 35mi, things start to get real tender. I'm going to give the Toupe a shot.

Normally I hate white white bikes. I do like that Litespeed, however. It needs some deep wheels. A aero bike with non-aero wheels seems kinda weird. A black saddle would be better too. I was a big Toupe fan, but now I use an SLR, and my SLR shaped Berk combo. Both of which are similar shape to a Toupe, and I like them a bit better.

It's part black so I can understand your fondness for it :)
I do agee that it needs an aero wheelset to complete the look. |
I'm done with swapping wheels, tires, tapes and this is what I got,
Which one is the hottest and which will go first for bread and soup when time become difficult? http://i1091.photobucket.com/albums/...ps68bbb9e8.jpg http://i1091.photobucket.com/albums/...pscff94526.jpg http://i1091.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1782f212.jpg http://i1091.photobucket.com/albums/...psb67faf25.jpg |
Both cannondales turned out nice. The blue tape is not working on the bianchi.
if I were you, I would put the white saddle and white tape on the bianchi. I would also consider putting the mavic wheels on the yellow caad and then part with the Fuji. I know two cannondales isn't nessisary, but the Fuji frame doesn't do anything for me. Edit: and if you do move the mavic wheels, leave the black tires on them. |

@justfitme-you are able to swap out more pieces of a bike than anyone I have seen around here! lol
I wish your fuji was taken in the same daylight that your blue R2000 was. The Bianchi, looks like it was stuck in the over 2 hours to long because it looks waaaaaay overdone! Its a classic older style, I wouldn't try to build it up like its a new evo with neon colors. white bar tape white saddle, simple bottles and maybe keep the tires for a little spice. when it comes time: Bianchi goes first, followed shortly by the blue R2000. Tough one between the Cdale and the fuji. I would say keep the fuji based on looks. |

I respect your opinion on departure of yellow tires from yellow Cannondale... but heard different voices. I like blue frame better than Fuji's (do not exactly know why), but would like to hear more from someone else than 2 cannodnales are better than 1 cannanodale and 1 fuji... :) |
