Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

looks like the rugby players may have caffeine banned again. AIS says it's performance enhancing, even in a small dose.

Ok, I'm on a post frenzy.....

Posted this on the MTB Forum.... no replies, hence my request for bar/stem info on this thread.

Anyone out there got a copy of the trail map from the 2004 Polaris held at Pretty Beach, NSW Australia?

If you're a weenie, Ritchey WCS stem and Answer ProTaper carbon. If you're not, Thompson X4 stem with Azonic CF-1 bars. If you're on a tight budget, I have no no clues.

Funny, I noticed you comparing stems. I assume you're looking for brand suggestions, as the measurements are based on personal choice/fit. I do have that Easton stem and some light (flat) bars, but more stuff may surface as I clean out in preparation for moving.

The stagecoach only comes past here with the mail once a month. Don't know if tomorrows that day, but I'll wait by the mailbox all morning just in case.

90 sec trailer for Hell on Wheels at https://www.aztecinternational.com.au/index.htm

Didn't really shake the foundations for me, some of it actually had me on the floor laffin. Aldag. There's a man in need of a small dose of humility!

What a crock. There's no proof those things do anything at all.

lowering the oxygen in a tent would make life harder to breath, shorlly they thay would have some reason to use one, scared the aussies might be getting the jump the rest of the teams.

They had a sports doctor on SBS last night talking about them. Basically if the riders feel it does something, then use it. Placebo.
