so yes, She does the following when mad;

Flatens her own tires ( has happened 2 times ) both times i stopped at a gas station and they aired up fine.
Throws chains
breaks cables ( rare - Have to piss the bike off for that)
Breaks chains

the bike is just plain EVIL when she wants to be. But i keep her and good shape and lately she has been happy.

I think your bike is actually a male. You're probably making him angry by continuing to refer to him as a chick.

Actually it's rather amazing to me that a place as bucolic as Chester isn't farther away from the largest city in North America.

I know this will surprise most people, but if you go on the right roads into south Knoxville, you can be out riding in the open countryside just a few miles from downtown.

If you got dropped in from a spaceship you would have a hard believing that you are so close to such a major urban center.

If you're doing a "century" tomorrow, why do you need to "train" for 106 miles in a month?

Herbie53 06-11-10 09:09 PM

Sounds like you just need a better mechanic.

I already trimmed the side...not sure why I took the pic first. and I was told to wait a year for pressure treated wood before staining.

It's a start. Hey, wtf, half the weenies here don't even have a friggin deck.
Half the ones in this thread don't have a friggin house ;)

So when was the last time you were in Brooklyn?

BTW, Brooklyn happens to be the most populous borough in the most populous city in the US; what are these "ladies" you speak of?

:rolleyes:

Because of all the liquid in the wood, it wont allow he stain to penetrate. You need to let it dry out some, if youn put a stain on it it wont be able to dry.
