The bottle cages on my Addict are faster than the bottle cages on pcad's Addict. They say "Supergo" - so you know they're fast. Very fast.

dude...diamonds are either for show or for grinding. Cut doesn't really matter for either option.
I can't believe I'm in this stupid thread.

In some instances it does! If your the type of person who would never put a 911 north of 70mph nor get tail happy in hairpins then why would you bother spending $1,600 for tires that's capable of doing 150mph+? Oh that's right, prestige-bragging rights-the ability to LOOK like you drive faster then your great grandfather does. You see, it's all this make believe Hollywood stuff America loves, thus we MUST ride bikes that are $8,000 so we can look like we can go fast.

i dont know, i mean he is a man **** and i think he is just trying to pass it off as an addiction. i mean gambling away your 401k and drinking away your liver, thats a heck of a lot different than ordering a pot of coffee and some good times at Perkins.
wait, this isnt a thread about Tiger Woods?
later.

Let's face it, cycling is more of a hobby for most of us. Pcad as well as myself and most of you ain't making our living turning pedals over.
So to spend what he has is nothing compared to what others waste on Crap. In fact his bikes aren't even that much compared to a lot of builds on weightweenies.
Which is why I get a kick out of his histrionic display of what he buys. He wreaks of rampant insecurity but it is hard to get mad or dislike those who are "special".

I find it all in good fun. I don't think he is anymore insecure than most of us. Just wish he would add a little more content to his one line posts, which only seem to be about quantity and not quality.
