Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

No it's not.

It feels okay. I still don't feel "low" enough though. If that makes sense.

I've been watching a few of the pro tt stages this week and have noticed that some of the racers are not nearly as low as they "should" be. However, I am starting to think that they may know what they are doing a little more than I do.

I'm disappointed that the final part for my Schwinn rehab didn't come in the mail today.

I don't know..he actually looks as though he is not too fat for this sport. Then again, I guess that does mean he needs to eat.

It sounded like you were working towards removing spacers and adjusting forward as needed. The complaint was a gut response, you do look too high and not stretched out enough though. Realistically you may want a drastically different stem for tri's than road riding which may mean some recabling.

Why the pic of a mens pro. This is probably a better measuring stick.

How do you dry it and get rid of all the stems and leaves? Grind it up and mix it with the shake.

Oh, not those types of plants. duh

Bikes: 2011 Trek Madone 6.5 w/SRAM Red 22

Got KCNC road ti skewers for my Madone; KCNC logo is upside down when levers are at 3 o'clock position. Can't fold rear skewer into rear frame triangle as it is too small a lever and would bump seat & chain stay.

Combined weight of the 2 skewers is 41 grams !

More progress on operation TT MTB. I got the other set of controls moved to the barend. Bars still need to be chopped. 60cm is pretty ridiculous.
This rig's gonna be perfect for a CX race out on Sauvie Island.
I'm pretty sure my camera adds 20 lbs

On BT, they're telling me to lower the seat, lose the spacers, and move the aerobars forward.

I think I'd agree with the seat lowering. It looks like you're reaching for the pedal in that pic.
I reckon ditching a spacer or two would go along with that if you wanna keep your back as flat.
Dunno enough about aerobars to comment on that part.
