I just bought the ant+ usb adapter thing so I can start using it. Was planning on starting with it this weekend. Oopsie.

Ugh...possible wet weekend for those of us in the northeast.

Might make cycling a challenge.

I despise that queen song. It makes me not want to ride my bicycle. Luckily, I listened to some Tom Petty this morning to get that crap out of my head.

Soloist Assassin 12-07-12 09:51 AM

Btw everyone should watch Bradley Wiggins A Year in Yellow on YouTube it is great!

LowCel 12-07-12 09:53 AM

I think I'll be able to get back on the bike this evening. :o

Just throw on some good old SRV. that'll get rid of that pesky Queen music.

My brain has already switched tracks. Brazilian music.

not this week. Well, I did hear one tune last night on XM (and lots of Brubeck)

LesterOfPuppets 12-07-12 10:28 AM

NSFW, IIRC.

LesterOfPuppets 12-07-12 10:29 AM

LesterOfPuppets 12-07-12 10:47 AM

Ooooh, a friend of mine is in Cambodia, enjoying tasty treats, apparently.

reading this thread this morning has been like turning the tuner knob on the hi-fi through the entire frequency band in my head.
i'm pleased it has landed on the staticky college pirate radio station that's playing the dead kennedys.

however... blech. don't think i could eat snakes while on a holiday in cambodia.

Most Royal news is pretty snooze-inducing but this Kate call thing is pretty intriguing...

So my wife scheduled a museum trip with my SIL (my brother's wife) and niece. My SIL is a way conservative, which isn't so much a problem, but the that fact that she's outspoken about it and that her understanding is only parroting-talking-points deep is annoying. Anywho, my wife just realized that she scheduled the trip for a day that she has to work (and I obviously don't), which means that I may not have a graceful way of backing out of an engagement that'll be at least a couple hours long and with no buffer between the SIL and I. I'm going to contemplate throwing myself down a short flight of stairs in the hopes that I'll bruise up like LC's ankle so that I might bow out.

LesterOfPuppets 12-07-12 11:14 AM

You should just text LC's pics to her. :)

I miss the days when coasting was in London and I could make fun of him for everything in the UK.

Because you think that it'll get me out of a social obligation or because you're still sore that I don't buy in to the Apple dogma? :p

You should know that your best interests are my only concern, always.

I'm hurt that you even feel the need to ask.

That's the one. Yes, video with Ti bike in it required. Bike in the official video looks kinda un-Ti. I love the non-aero brake levers tho.
