You don't have an eating disorder, just a certain level of delusion. You were still too fat for the sport back then.

I have always considered myself too fat for cycling and my biggest eating disorder is a fondness for foods that contribute to that state.

Whenever I have gotten as thin as I am in those photos my Mom starts to panic. That's when I know I'm only 10 lbs away from the Ideal Velo Weight.

You are the authority on this, so I must defer to your superior judgement.

Wow... seriously??? I might say that I'm too fat to be SUCCESSFUL at COMPETITIVE cycling... but unless you're bending frames every time you get in the saddle... nobody is too fat for cycling.

At lease we now have a quorum.

I went shoe shopping last night for some fancy party heels, and when I found a pair I liked, I actually said to myself "these make my trotters look nice."

I blame coasting.

That's what happens when your screen name conjures up images of a "sweaty, overweight man, with porkchop sideburns, wearing a dirty wife beater." or so said someone else once who also thought I was a dude.

It's somewhat by design since I frequent a lot of male dominated message boards. Gender neutrality in a name discourages virtual leg humping.

coasting 12-13-12 09:48 AM

woah. what a night ride! I was chased by a wild dog and I had to sprint for my life until I overtook another cyclist. Poor guy. He never knew what hit him.

you don't have to out run a dog; you just have to put someone else between you.

coasting 12-13-12 09:49 AM

virtual leg humping is so dumb. real leg humping I get but virtual?

Don't post a picture. It might get coasting all hot and bothered, if you know what I mean.

Oh, it's as obvious as the real deal. Most common feature of the VLH is frequent and immediate posting in response to a particular known female poster. Also, requests for pictures or intimate details. It has evolved from the mid-90's AOL-ism of A/S/L.

I think he was already in a bad mood.
