When training I do it by time. When riding I go by miles.

I built up a set of wheels on a 25 year old pair of NOS hubs this weekend. I felt like I was deflowering a virgin. At least she was "legal".

I think i need to get off blood pressure meds. For a couple of weeks my BP has been very low, round about 110/60. I feel great. Diet is working out well.
Lots of exercise helps too. |

Ask the doctor before stopping the meds. I was in a similar situation, and the doctor said don't stop. He reminded me what my pressure was before. I don't remember the number, but, he was correct.
