For some reason, I woke up early enough to hop on the trainer before work.
Except that Mr. TS was trying to leave for work and he was running late, so I helped him fix his travel coffee and listened to him grouse about something. Then I couldn't find my heart rate strap, it's still not found. I guess a 10 minute ride is better than zero minutes as far as forming a regular habit goes. Don't tell pcad. I already know I should find another hobby. |

how did women survive in huge heavy dresses and corsets??
the latest chapter in my suit saga is that i ended up having to order one anyway. i bought the same size as the borrowed suit realizing there would be a little break in. it arrived yesterday. looks like i'm going to be on this diet for a while longer. it's probably hilarious watching me trying to watch me zip it up laying on my back and then rolling around like a turtle until i figure out how to stand up. the sad thing is that i have to have the forearms and calves taken in a little, but i can say with out a doubt sir mix-a-lot had nothing to do with the design of this thing. (and yes, i'm currently sitting at my desk in it. my posture has never been so good.) |

Should I roll my own rear wheel? I built my front, but this is a different story, no?

A little different because of the dish, tension on both sides, etc. You can do it.

I may be coming to Tampa for a course in May. If so, I'll take you out for a beer. |
