Cycling for once has some decent recoginition in the press. 5 world champions in 2004 seems to have grabbed the attention of the public. There are three cyclists and two triathletes up for the 2004 Halberg Awards (NZ's main sports awards.)
What's not good is the weather in NZ at the moment though. I live 10 mins from a good surf beach, and the sea temperature hasn't risen much above 15C when it would normally be 18 or 19C at this time of the year. I want my summer! Stuff the farmers who are saving 10K a month in irrigation costs, bring on the heat!

I'll PM you my email address. If you can mail it to me, I'll resize it AND host it for you so you only have to link to it.

"Officially there isn't a tandem class (I don't think there would be enough entries to justify it). However I am happy for you to race on a tandem. Therefore you would not be eligible for any of the Category prizes. However you could still win spot prizes!"

"Gday, the site is a second hand site. meaning that everything on the site is second hand. If we do have new items placed on the site then we say they are new in the description of the item.
We are in the process of putting a star rating on each item ( 5star being new, 4 star being exellent condition etc) this will happen within the next week. "
I'm with Ed on the clothing issue, although I got the impression that some of the items marked "Manufacturer" would be direct from the manufacturer. For now I think I'll wait for the stars.

I've looked a bit closer at this mob and Mikkelee (the beanpole in MG-ZT gear on the homepage...nothing like a bit of self-promotion) is one of the guys who set it up with Paul Richards. I used to work with him at TFM.....he's a good kid.
All that stuff is the genuine article, so I don't think items that will suit my porcine frame will ever appear....get used to seeing lots of S and M sized items.

What's the old joke again....
Q: How do Kiwis find their sheep in the long grass?
A: Delightful.
