I was doing OK until the boss sed "Heavy gearing, do them twice" that's a lot of riding in 3 days. Good for you, wish I had the time for that amount of riding. I can show you what I know but I'm not much of a teacher... maybe if we do a few rides you may pick up on something but I have no idea what makes me a good climber except that I'm skinny and light and I train on a single speed bike most of the time. I guess that is in line with "heavy gears".
I haven't got much time this week, I have things on most days and nights already. Next week would be OK for something (preferably AM for me), just not Wed, that's Track day. PM me and we can work something out.
