Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I saw a preview for the movie the other day. It looks stunningly bad. This is the book that started out as Twilight fan fiction, right?

I believe so. I read about three pages of the first book (it is a trilogy). It was one of the worst written things I've ever read. In truth, I think that Razor may have been the author.

What a rip-off. Everybody knows they jack up the prices on those things by like 500%.

Those poor mountain bikers. Eating $20 candy bars and riding $10000 plastic bikes among trees and rocks.

I like the taste of it. But Mr. 1200k does it all on Gatorade. So I'm not sure the expense is actually necessary, even though I have every intention of sticking with it.
