looks nice from that angle, but I feel like seeing the whole bike would assault me, actually seeing 1/8th inch more of the bike would assault me

Don't click on the picture, then. There's a matching messenger bag and cycling cap.

And it has a HED3.

Cynikal 12-10-07 10:55 PM

Too much matchy matchy for me.

BRANDUNE 12-10-07 11:27 PM

What happened to the Stash one?

trons 12-10-07 11:36 PM

pretty sure i would kill for that colnago paintjob.. too bad the person who took those pics picked some tard angles to shoot from

Tangsooyuk 12-10-07 11:40 PM

I love both the Stash and Futura frames but the components on that build up leave something to be desired, IMO.
Who took the cake in that big LookMaNoBrakes race in T Dot anyway, I dont think anyone ever said anything about it.

one thing about it is, it would look good with any color components you put on it.

conor 12-10-07 11:55 PM

it looks like those tubes are shaped strangely. is it just me?

BRANDUNE 12-10-07 11:56 PM

No, they are formed tubes

nevlis 12-11-07 12:29 AM

is that how axles/nuts on aerospokes usually look?

el twe 12-11-07 12:34 AM

It's a Pit Lock or some sort of QR replacement.

Well, that's a Hed tri-spoke, not an Aerospoke. Regardless, no, that wheel has had it's quick release replaced with a locking skewer, probably because QR wheels aren't track legal.

Edit - What el twe said..

marqueemoon 12-11-07 02:07 AM

This is NOT MY BIKE (more pics here), but it shore is purty.

I agree. Fluted cranks would look better, but still one hell of a nice ride.

Wotan 12-11-07 06:07 AM

The Colnago excepted, these last three pages have been the best for quite a while. Good show to all!

Wotan 12-11-07 06:27 AM

PS Prolly, if you find a supply of decent British-threaded 9 and/or 10 tooth inch-pitch sprockets, please share the love.

If your hub takes those strange American threaded sprockets (Morrow? Bendix? I don't know), I've got a couple you can have for free.

They are Mavic Aksiums... had to debadge them because the decals looked nasty with the bike.
