Awesome, thanks for the offer, but I just searched one up online real quick. Could you snap a few close up pictures of it on the bike?

I'll go take pictures tomorrow if youd like, at its highest setting of the pads it is almost too long for my road fork with 700s. that is the one i have that you linked. its a tiny little lever i dig it.

frankstoneline 01-12-08 02:06 AM

ok here is a little closer picture. its not the greatest but it should do you till i get around to taking more.

Cool, thanks. Does it feel like a nice, solid part? Looks to be just a little on the janky side.

haha, I dont know...its kind of iffy, but i would say its decent. i mean, the lever is really small which is nice. I would say its decent, the brake itself is SUPER solid, its one of the more solid brake units, the lever and such are decent i guess...no plastic, just manly metal.

thanks man. i'm a definite deep-v hater but white rim lover, so i went out and got the aeroheads powdercoated. much nicer and lighter ride than any deep v :)

The reach on that bell one is massive.
Its barely short enough for my rim with the pads set as high as possible.

I dont approve of the deep vs on any Keirin frame. They dont match. Aeroheads look much better.

I'll look for a ruler...yeah, you should be more than ok with it. 66mm shouldnt be a problem at all on that beast. (I'm assuming your measuring from the crest of the fork to the brakeing surface)

Looks cool, but it makes me wonder why you went budget on the frame and spent so much on the wheel-set? Either way, nice bike.
