With that many bikes around, somehow I think it's in the context of an alleycat, not some time/place where it's actually going to be left like that for a while without supervision.

Most of them are locked around one of the support posts anyway. Though I wouldn't want to have to get my bike off the top row while drunk/in a hurry.
Scratch that, I wouldn't want my bike on the ground under someone trying to get their bike off the top row while drunk/in a hurry. |
