is your tire touching the seat tube? the axle looks far forward in the track ends compared to mine.

it doesn't touch, there is about 3mm of space. I'm running 700 x 20c tires

I love 'em, they're super stiff and super smooth. No problems so far. I'd say get a pair if you're looking at cranks in that price range.

Had my lbs install them though, so I haven't had any personal experience with the outboard bearing system.

Thanks :)

xlazymx 11-17-08 09:23 PM

where can i get some white rimmed wheels for average feller price?

should i upgrade to thompson seatpost and stem?
anyone used them before?

gkelley 11-17-08 09:31 PM

Thanks walking disease, I'm definitely thinking about getting them. You think that 160 for a slightly used set is a good deal?

walking disease 11-17-08 09:37 PM

bb included?

gkelley 11-17-08 09:52 PM

yeah

walking disease 11-17-08 10:26 PM

I got mine new for 160, but that was without the bb.

you should try moving your seat back all the way on that seatpost.
the concept already has a steep seat tube angle, zero setback post makes it too mcuh.
