Yeah, it is a Peavey classic. They are awesome amps. I just put in a matched set of Ruby tubes and it totally came to life. Its a great circuit, all class A with 3 band passive EQ. Hard to beat that. Pretty soon I'm gonna switch out the speakers for something more sexy.

Its funny because I get a lot of the "pop punk" kids that are used to playing through a marshal or a mesa, and I have them plug into the Peavey and they can't get a sound out it. It takes them a couple of hours, usually, but then they start to learn how to "push" the amp and then they love it. Great stuff!

That was the singer, it ended up not being used. This was the morning before day 1 of guitar overdubs, so I like to set up all the amps, so we can go through EVERYTHING and see what works best for the part. I think, missing from the pic, is the little battery powered marshall that ended up being used for a guitar solo and then an intro. I used that JCM 2000 quite a bit, but I'm not a fan. I also used the fender for quite a few parts.
