I havnt had any problems with it though.

No problems with the wheels so far, but I only have about 200 miles on the bike.

I love this bike, but I ride my Langster more just because I consider my Langster my "beater" bike.

I've had 2 broken spokes on the Langster and had to true the wheels a couple of times (once after crashing big time).

Alex wheels are generally garbage. A lot of bike companies put them on their bikes assuming people willl swap out the crappy wheels for upgraded wheels.

this was my hot ride.
my Huffy 3D Racing, circa 1990.

what's awesome about it is somehow I fried the hub going off of a ramp when I was 10 and it woudn't coast. I've been on a fixed gear since before they were en vogue.

i miss that bike. most of my current scars are from that baby. including the one between my eyebrows that I got when i did a face plant, snapped my glasses in two, driving part of the metal frame into my skull.

oh wow, i didn't even recognize that as a cannondale. usually i find them ugly, but thats a hot little ride. makes my track stem lust flare up.

nice wall.
I haven't been climbing in so long. stupid bikes are taking up too much of my time. in a good way, that is.

Just converted a slightly too large for me Peugeot. Not sure what make, model or year. 52/15, Phil Woods hubs, Mavic Open Pros. A real sweet ride, though the bridges into Manhattan really kick my ass.

Thanks, the wall is in our attic and is 12'x12'. The angle is pretty steep. Even with the wall, I don't climb at all anymore either. Too much riding.....

Well after much much anticipation I've finally gone fixed. No more ghetto single speed for me. I put some Dureace cranks took off all the ugly stuff, put on some new handlebar tape. I was debating on whether or not I should paint her, I'm thinking gold with black stem, seat post, rims and hubs, gold spokes, with black lettering. Then again I kinda like the scuffed up original paint, anyway here she is.
