+1 to the more description ride descriptions.

A mph pace, and the number of ft climbed are usually standard.

Good on you guys, great page design, very clean. Digging the student discount too, good idea.

Guess that's just how it sounded to me at the time. Anyway, I won't call you "brah" anymore, if that helps.

Now about those beers....

Bikes: bieks

Today I: went grocery shopping, wrote one presentation and about 80% of another for a work conference this weekend, painted my toenails, upgraded to Mountain Lion on my computer, and cleaned the kitchen.

All while home sick from work. (Really, I am sick and feel like crap. Not sure how I managed to be so productive.)

Between being sick this week and out of town all next week, no bieks for two weeks. Sadface.

I'd say he does.

For those who don't Strava, he CRUSHED one of the hotly contested hill climbs in the Bay Area: Hawk Hill. The KOM hadn't been touched for over a year. He's won most of the races he's entered and won't be a Cat 4 for long (hell, he should be a Cat 3/2 at this point).

Bikes: BMX, fixed gear

Today I got home from class, knocked out a 4 page paper that isn't due until Thursday, built up my schedule to register for next semesters classes tomorrow afternoon, then did my part in our source-research for a group project. I'm all productive on a Tuesday. Its weird. Also have an exam tomorrow, but theres really nothing I can study for because its an English class, and all short answer. Since its too cold to go ride, I guess its time to hit up Netflix.

Got a phone call from the doctor today about some tests I had done a couple weeks ago. I probably have hypothyroidism. Would explain a lot of things.

**** man.

Today I tried to teach people how to use filters in Excel because common sense is hard. Then I had to do item changes on about 20 items I just entered 2 weeks ago...which could have waited until now and could have been entered correctly the first time, but doing work twice is efficient! Now I have to finish up 30 sales reports before I leave. I'll be lucky to leave the office before the sun sets tonight.

Grumble, grumble grumble. Work sucks.

Bummer At least it seems relatively easy to treat. Just looks like iodine supplements?

Today I installed my rb 009s with bar end levers and fizik tape. That tape was a pain to install but totally worth it.

I actually got it at wheelworks because I was trying to get some inexpensive reverse brake levers. Probably the last time I shop there. The employee helping me was a bit rude because I asked for inexpensive levers. Said they didn't have anything "fixie friendly"

Think of it this way: the diagnosis didn't change anything. You already HAD it, now you just know about it. Like everyone has said, my understanding is it's fairly easily treatable and once you start treating it you may find you feel AWESOME!

Still, I understand the feels and hope you get it all figured out/treated soon.

Yeah.. they're known for being a little elitist towards "fixie people."

I had to ride over to Freewheeler (near starbucks) to get my brake cable. came out to $5.15, not bad.

One of the only shops I haven't been to yet in Davis. Been to green bicycle depot? The owner there is pretty cool. We talked for about 15min about old track bikes

Nope, I see their sign all the time, though. Freewheeler is one of the more "family friendly" shops, don't have much in terms of high end stuff. I was at Mrak hall today thinking about taking a picture in the same spot you took yours lol.
